  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you promptly in the event of any significant delays.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not from the date the order was placed.

International Shipping

We offer shipping services to select countries outside the United States. International shipping typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance speeds and the destination country. Shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or other fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us via email at: support@fjtableware.us.

  1. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures. If your package status shows as “Delivered” but you have not actually received it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local post office first. If a package is confirmed lost, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully verify your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Reshipment may incur additional shipping charges. If you discover that you entered an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

Some courier services do not accept P.O. Box addresses. If you provide a P.O. Box address, we may select a courier service that supports delivery to such addresses, or we may contact you to request an alternative address. Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
